What your donation is

A donation is a voluntary charitable gift, not a purchase. No goods or services are provided in exchange for your contribution. Your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and the receipt we email you serves as your record.

All donations are processed in US dollars. The minimum donation is $5.

Refunds

We understand that mistakes happen — a duplicated gift, a wrong amount, an unintended donation. If you contact us within 30 days of your donation, we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

Refunds are returned to the original payment card. Depending on your bank, the money generally reappears within five to ten business days. We will confirm by email once the refund has been issued.

After 30 days we will still review any request, and will refund where we reasonably can. Please write to us and explain what happened.

Unauthorized or fraudulent charges

If you see a charge from us that you did not authorize, contact us straight away and we will refund it immediately and investigate. You are also entitled to raise the matter with your bank or card issuer, but contacting us directly is usually faster.

Email is the fastest way. We are a small volunteer team, so please allow a few days for a reply — though refund requests are treated as urgent.
